transfer of T41 Xp+drivers from 25 GB HD to 160 GB hD ,How?

The 25 Gb is what came withthe T41. 160GB is what i had to get ,it seems to consume less
power and runs at 5400 rpm+ i had no choice in buying a smaller Hd{The vendors said they
dont sell junk! :D

Clone the drive using cloning software like Acronis True Image and a USB/IDE adapter or enclosure. Apricorn makes a kit for this purpose as well.
