Warranty Question
Warranty Question
Hi, I've been having a problem with the power connector in my thinkpad, I called IBM, and they said that I'd have to take it to the closest service station (no onsite warranty, I guess..) as I have the 3 year Limited EZServe Warranty, and to check http://www.pc.ibm.com for the closest canadian one, but I can't find the page that lists their service stations, could someone help me out?

If you have the EZServ warranty, you can ask IBM to send you a prepaid pickup box to ship the ThinkPad back to them overnight.
I've sent my ThinkPad in for repair twice
and it's always been fast.
