T42 - T43 keyboards

Can the keyboard from a 14" T42 be mounted on a 14" T43?
Can individual keypads from the one replace individual keypads on the other?
Are there "stickons" available for converting these keyboards to other languages?

2) there are three manufacturers of these boards, yes, assuming the same manufacturer
3) yes
