T42 keyboard issue

#1 Post by mlli4 » Tue Feb 01, 2005 2:54 pm

I have a T42 2374-6vu with three years limited warrianty for 4 months. These days several keys can not work properly. When I press down the keys, there is some kind of dealy and strange little noise. I wonder if the keyboard is covered by the limited warrianty. Can I ask the IBM to send me a new keyboard. BTW, what is the part number for Thai keyboard.

Thanks.

Yes, the keyboard is also covered by warranty.
I can't remember the FRU, but use the search function, it's stated on many topics.
