Buying help for the T42 -- Please !!!

Greetings.

I have whittled it down to a few models....but still have a few questions.

1) Does IBM still carry/sell the 23739XU? I could not find it on their web site.

2) What is an SP 2 upgrade?

3) I plan to buy a flat panel for use at home.....any recommendations? And I read something in a post about some correlation between the resolution on the laptop nad DVI. What is this?

I can only answer your Question 2: SP 2 Update is the Windows XP Service Pack 2, I theink you heard enough about that, if not, it is a mojor update to XP.
