I just sent in my T41 for repair yesterday. I am expecting a motherboard and keyboard replacement. So far, they confirmed the keyboard problem (flexing issues) and placed it on back order. That's it at this point. Not sure what's going on with my mobo.
I called the tech support, they told me that these technicians would diagnose /fix my unit in stages (one problem at a time

), I think that's just BS and complete waste of time. Can someone please confirm that is the case or they generally diagnose the entire system at once? (it would make sense to diagnose/fix in stages if these components are have dependency, but my keyboard and mobo problem are completely unrelated).
Also, did any folks out there had their T41 repaired recently with a back order? How long did that take? I read some pretty poor review here about a guy waited for more than a month and still hasn't get it back yet. If that's the case, I'll just tell them to screw them and send my unit back.
