Where to get T40 hard drive bezel and metal cage? ("caddy")

I've found that the plastic bezel which attaches to the internal HD is not optional and I need to buy one.
I'd also like to have a spare "caddy" (the perforated cage which attaches to the hd). I get one previously from NewMode for about $18 and wonder if there's a cheaper source - after all this is an obsolete machine and parts are surplus. I have no idea where to get a spare bezel, but they must be common.
