It looks like the correct part to me, and for $7.00 how can you go wrong. One word of advice tough, that is a T42 short fan. The long fan is recommended for improved cooling. Part #41W5204 is considered the best for quietness and cooling.

Yes it is possible to replace just the fan blade ... not sure why you'd want to do that if you have an entire new fan though.

There's some mention of it here, in the thread I've just been (am) involved with.

"ACS sells serviceable used parts, these parts may be new, equivalent to new, used or refurbished, all parts pass OEM diagnostics and carry a 30 Day warranty."

In other words, it's used. Is this what you wanted?

It should work just fine if you have the ATI7500 GPU. If you have the 9600 or Fire GPU, you need the long fan.

acs sells used parts which is right but the parts is oem and the part i orderd it arrived and it work great without any noise of fan. its not that fan is not working in side after i replce the fan i check the vent when i turn the laptop onn i can fell the air is blowing out .... but i used the generic brand of thremal compund and check the temp using tpfancontrol and here are the temp... is this normal....tpfan control run in bios mode 0x80 (bios controlled) higest 46 c fan speed 2969 rpm

CPU 46 C
APS 40 C
PCM 30 C
GPU 42 C
BAT 32 C
BAT 32 C
BUS 0 C
PCI 0 C
PWR 0 C

if this is normal then i will live it alone. if this not normal then i have to apply the artic silver 5.
