Cap/cover came off T43P video chip

So i took off the CPU fan to apply some arctic silver 5.System was running a little warm.
When i took off the fan i seen the cap/cover that goes on the ATI video chip was way over under the fan.Don't have a clue how it got there but there it was.
I cleaned off the video chip/ram and put on some AS5 and put the cap/cover back on.Put the AS5 on the CPU and installed the fan.System is running much cooler now.But first time i seen the cap/cover come off the video chip.
