Access IBM Key Customization Question

I have installed the Thinkpad Customizer utility downloaded from this site

I have configured the Access IBM key to open Outlook Express. However, I have noticed that every time my system is booted up/ woken form hibernation, Outlook Express starts by default. What do I need to do to prevent OE from starting every time I start my Thinkpad??

I have a clean install of Win XP SP2 on my machine...have deleted the IBM Recovery partition....

..removed the software....reinstalled it and is working OK, for now atleast.....

I did that too, and I configured it for Notepad, and everytime I booted my computer, I got a new notepad window.

Then, I started thought maybe one day I'd need to push the blue button during startup, for a problem, so I disabled that stuff.
