Any one used T6x adapter on T4X series?

As i know T6X series adapter has 20v output while T4X series has 16v output. Will it make burn out this resister on long peroid of usage?

It's completely incompatible. The plug won't physically fit the socket. If it did, it could easily cause all sorts of irreversible damages to the hardware.
