T42 usb2 not recognised. Only shows usb1.1?

Weird things are happening to my T42.

My screen went last week so i had to replace the screen, which is sorted now.

when i plug in anything that is usb2 i get a message stating that this is a hi speed device connected to a non hi speed port.

it shows a list of ports available but how do i connect to them or how can i fix the problem?

Look in the 'Sticky' a few posts up: t40 doesn't recognize usb ports
