Adaptor to connect an external SCSI drive?

Does anyone know of an adaptor that would allow me to connect a 50 pin or SCA SCSI hard drive to a T43?

I've got a couple of old Seagate Baracuda ST19171WC drives that I'm having problems trying to format to work with my NeXT systems & someone suggested that I try doing a low level format on a Windoze box.
