If i put this fan on my T43, will it be good or bad?

Hi guys!

My fan sounds like a diesel truck, so, i think its time to get a new one.

My fain is the one designed for X300 motherboards (The one that does not cover the northbridge). What will happen if i get this one instead:

That one is designed for intel GPUs, but covers the area of the X300 and the northbridge. Should i get it? Or should i get the same that i have ow?

Not a good idea. Stay with the original fan, because your GPU temperatures are much higher than this fan was meant to address...
