How to determine what T41 "internal drivers" are needed?

I had to do a complete reinstall of Win XP Pro on my T41. Computer is up and , mostly , running. Programs seem to run OK. I can not connect to the internet. A check of the device manager, internet connections shows ?Other devices then lists , ethernet controller, Multi media audio, network controller, PCI modem, unknown device and Video Controller (VGA compatible).
I think the Video Controller may be partially wrong because I have a good VGA display.
Also , ipconfig /all returns nothing.

Anyway, I believe the drivers for these devices did not get loaded when I did the reinstall.

I went to the http://www.ibm.com/pc/support/ and finally ended up at a Drivers and Software page for the Thinkpad T40,T40p, T41, T41p ; www-307.ibm.com/pc/support/site.wss

A GOOD page that seems to list drivers, files to download the drivers and instructions. My problem, what internal components e.g. either net adapter do I have? Several are listed.
On the back of my T41 is the following information: IBM T41, Type 3278-DHU, SN 99-D1197 03/12.

Is there some information that cross references my information to what internal components are present so I can pick the right drives ?
