Hibernate mode not displaying

I installed a XP2 , upgraded to xp3 and installed the drivers from Lenovo.
All things appera to be fine but hibernate option is not enabled.How do I set it up?

Make sure it is enable in the power settings (control panel) or in the battery maximizer / power manager.
