Processor Upgrade on T22

My T22 is a 1.0GHz (Coppermine, I think), and I was wondering if it was difficult to upgrade, and if there is anything compatible that would be worth the effort.

I really have no need to push it as the machine is still plenty fast, but I'm in need of a new toy and a new T42 is just too expensive.
