T42 Motherboard Upgrade

I have issues with my motherboard on my T42 and while changing the motherboard I was thinking to upgrade it with the 128mb video. I have the 32mb now. Does anyone see an issue? Answers and comments would be appreciated.

Just get the correct Heat Sink or Fan for the Thinkpad and there shuold not be a problem.
