Blurry black fonts

I have a T42p Thinkpad with UXGA screen. Lately I get blurry black fonts in different places. I tried to configure clear type again to no avail. Can someone tell me what the problem may be?

The fonts become blurry and black when I scroll the web pages. The only way for the fonts to become normal again is by refreshing the page. Can someone please help?

Sounds like a video driver problem. Try updating to the newest drivers (or rolling back to an older set).
IBM ThinkPad T42p (2373-7XU): 1.8GHz/1024MB, 15" UXGA, DVD-RW, 80GB, 2200b/g.
T42 (2374-3VU): 1.7GHz/512MB, 14.1"SXGA+, DVD-RW, 80GB, 2200b/g.
