best t43 motherboard

between Intel 900 (256MB) vs ATI Radeon V3200 (128MB) which one is better

Better for what?

If you need high-end graphics capabilities, or for gaming then it's V3200.

For average daily use, Intel 900 would satisfy most people's needs.

BTW, Intel 900 is 128MB shared VRAM, while V3200 is 128MB dedicated VRAM coupled with 128MB shared for a total of 256MB.
