#1 Post by andy_lis » Mon Feb 21, 2005 3:50 am

I am about to buy ThinkPad T42 2374-A60 that is based on 2374-4WG: P M 735, 512MB RAM, 40GB 5400rpm HDD, 14.1 XGA(1024x768) TFT LCD, 32MB ATI Radeon 7500, 24x24x24x/8x CD-RW/DVD, Cisco 802.11b wireless(MPCI), Modem(CDC), 1Gb Ethernet(LOM), UltraNav, Secure Chip, 6 cell Li-Ion battery, WinXP Pro
1. Can somebody tell me whether Cisco 802.11b wireless(MPCI) is any good?
2. battery is manufactured for IBM in China. Are all batteries manufactured in China?
Thanks in advance

I have the Cisco wireless adapter inside my T40p. It's excellent and arguably the best internal .11b adapter I've ever used.
