T40, T41, T41p - Maximum Ram

Hi,

Anyone able to tell me the maximum RAM capacity of the T40, T41 and T41p please?

I know the book maximum is 2GB... but the T30 had a limit of 1GB but with a bios and embedded controller update it could run 2GB... hoping the same is true with the afforementioned models to hold more than what the book says.

2GB is the maximum that will work in any of those models.
