Download this driver zip file.
http://download.lenovo.com/ibmdl/pub/pc ... wc05ww.zip
Unzip it into a folder on your hard drive. Go into that folder and run the .exe file. This will extract the contents into another folder on your C drive. It wil be a sub-folder of c:\Drivers. Go into that folder and run the .exe to install the driver.

At first you can determine the driver version of your currently installed driver in the control panel where you found the entry for your card. Leftclick on the item "Intel pro 2915 ABG" item, go to the driver tab and write down the version number.

Then go to http://www-307.ibm.com/pc/support/site. ... 6#wireless, scroll down to
"Intel PRO/Wireless 2200bg, 2915abg Mini PCI adapter" and compare the version number for your operation system (XP/Vista).

If the version number is greater, download the zipped driver packaged.
Open the zip and you will find an text file (".txt") containing installation instructions and an ".exe" containing the driver.
Click the ".exe" and go through the installation process which will extract the setup files to folder C:\DRIVERS\WIN\WLANINT on XP or C:\DRIVERS\WIN\WLANINT2 on Vista.

If you have XP installed, navigate to C:\DRIVERS\WIN\WLANINT and click "Autorun.exe" to install the driver.
If you have Vista installed, navigate to C:\DRIVERS\WIN\WLANINT2\Vista\Apps and click "iSetup.EXE" to install the driver.

Then restart your thinkpad.
