I've searched the forum, Google etc but I can't find any links to pictures of the new T43. Does anyone have any?
All I've found is this one below and it just looks like another T4x model from that photo!

Looking at the model number, it seems to me if someone has done a little retouching - the "3" looks whiter and not at exactly the same angle as the "T4" - what do you think?

The plot thickens - the original (smaller) photo is indeed a T42 - enlarge the image and you'll see it's not even retouched - however the 2nd photo (the enlargement) has been modified.
This is perhaps why this model bears an uncanny resemblance to the T42...this said, what did we* expect - simply reading the TABook gives us all the detail changes (which are not necessarily physical changes to the shell)and we* know there aren't many really.

Lol
I would imagine that the T43(p) will be very similar to it predecessors - the only change being the pc card slots being removed...

Yeah, almost undoubtedly looks like a touchup. Just too much wrong with that "3".

This photo existed prior to my buying my T41. It might even be a retouched T40. Notice the glossy keyboard panel which in today's Thai keyboards is matte...
And yes, indeed the T43 is either photoshop'ed or GIMP'ed....

If you guys want some pictures of the T43 I can post a few of them. It looks pretty much identical to the T42 with the exception of the obvious badge change on the lcd, and the slot change to an express card. I've got 2 of them at the moment, and am still waiting on my T43Ps.

Ok ok well let's just say that in my line of work I get all these models prior to their official release. Once there are available for the outside world to see, I don't have any problem sharing with the group ..

FOR SHAME.
I just took a look at this one .. and this was so obviously a photochop that my stomach is turning. This was a T40 box with a 3 added on, you can tell because there was a port cover over the modem jack, and there is no Express slot.
Note going to IBM as we speak heh.

Great pics MobileGuru. Glad to see some where the "3" isn't all suspicious looking.

Interesting pics.
I noticed that IBM is adding an ATI sticker in addition to the Intel and Microsoft stickers. I really dislike the placement of these stickers on the left palmrest. What ends up happening is that the stickers start getting rubbed off and chafe the users hand. I always get rid of the [censored] stickers.
