T43 with two PC5300 modules

Will the T43 run at PC2-5300 if both modules are 5300? The one installed already is only PC4200.

Your motherboard will always run at 533Mhz, regardless whether the RAM is 533Mhz (PC2-4200) or 667 Mhz (PC2-5300).

That's correct. XP will run ok with 2GB anyway...
