Need chart of screws on T43
I could use a chart of the bottom of a T43 listing what screws are for what, etc. Is there only one HD screw? It's missing on my T43.

Fundamentally, there is a screw holding your drive in, a screw for the memory door on the bottom (if one), screws marked with a little keyboard to remove the keyboard, and screws marked with a little rectangle to remove the palmrest. Most 15 inch keyboards have 3 screws and most 14 inch keyboards have 4 screws.

Should the hard drive just pull out once the screw is removed? It won't come out at least not easily and I don't want to force anything.

Yes the hdd in its caddy should just slide out once the single cover screw is out.
But depending on how long it's been in there and how the cover has been attached to the caddy it might be a bit tight. Gentle use of a wide-bladed screwdriver to lever out the cover (across the length of the cover alongside the screw-hole) is an option - i.e lever in the same direcion the "thumb-slots" would push it.

I know on the 14" you have to open the LCD lid slightly to remove the hard drive. Otherwise, it won't slide out.
