My ThinkPad has Bluetooth and 802.11a/b/g. Before it gets into Windows, Fn-F5 toggles Bluetooth on and off. It acts immediately. I like it.
In Windows, I can turn my 802.11 on and off easily enough using system tray icons, but I would really love to have the quick Fn-F5 toggle bluetooth as it does during boot. I have not found a way to do this, even with most of the IBM helper apps (including the keyboard apps) removed.
Does anyone know what app(s) is/are trapping Fn-F5 and changing its behavior?

Can Fn-F5 be set to act in Windows as it does during boot?
