Replacement motherboards for a T40 2373MU2?

Well, I tried searching for an answer to my questions, but I had a hell of a time sorting through them. So instead I figured to come right out and ask.

What motherboard models would work as a replacement for a T40's 2372MU2 motherboard?

I've found a 91P7185 and a 27K9926 for decent prices, and the sellers claim they'd work, but I just want to be sure.

Any T40/41/42/p motherboard will work just fine in that T40.
