normal temp when charging battery? im getting 60C for 6 cel

i got a used battery from ebay and while the computer is at max temp of 53 c for gpu the battery is running all the way upto 58C and it seems very odd for it to run so hot. i suspect a short circuit in it altho it is charging very well and is now at 99%... ive pulled it out for safety i dont want it to blow up !!

anyway am i being alarmist... because my oriignal TP battery was at 35-36C always... room temperature..

what should be the normal temperature while battery charges?
