Are the USB ports on the T42 powered?

I have a T42, and I want to buy the new Ipod Mini, but it doesn't come with an AC Adapter, just a USB cable that you charge via USB 2.0. Are the USB ports powered, so that I can charge it?

Yes. I have the new mini 6GB too. I love it.
