anyone know how much thinkpad protection is in California?

i've read that regular ThinkPad Protection for accidental damage in California is only available for busines users.. if this is the case, is there a different cost than the $160 price listed in the options list for 3 Year ThinkPad Protection warranty upgrade?

I think you should be able to order it. Isn't the President of jmagbita enterprises going to be using it for business. Seriously, though, I've never heard of IBM questioning business vs personal use.
