IBM Logo Badge for the T42 LCD cover

I've been trying to find where I can purchase the IBM Logo Badge for the T42 LCD cover. I've tried ebay and received two badges that are the wrong size (they are too small). Apparently they come in different sizes for different models.

Any help would be appreciated.

Measure the length and height of the logo cutout on the LCD cover in milimeters, then go looking on EBay. For example, this one is 27mm x 16mm.
