Is an R50 motherboard compatible with a T41p case/components

I have a T41P with a bad GPU. I was wondering if an R50 motherboard would be compatible with this machine?

Yes, it is compatible.

Having said that, R50 is as likely to develop a GPU problem as its T4x series cousins...

Getting a proper motherboard from a trustworthy source, or moving along to a newer machine might be ideas worth considering...
