Hi. Can anyone tell me what the differences are between the T20 and T22? Also, how have you found yours?
I'm looking to buy one soon and am not sure which to go for.
Many thanks
T20 or T22?

The main difference is speed, as each of these have the same motherboard design and run at the same bus speed. The T23 was the only one in the series with some real changes, in that it had a 133MHz bus and a second USB port.
Most T20s are 700MHz. T21 is usually 800MHz, while T22 is usually 900MHz.
All are excellent laptops, in my humble opinion IBM's best combination of build-quality, size and weight. The 600 series had better build and better keyboard, but are much slower except for the 600X, and had smaller screens.
The T20-series, to me at least, look and feel better than the current models, though of course they are a bit thicker and heavier, don't get nearly the battery life (2 hours is about right on a T2x) and don't come close in processor speed.
I have a T22 that I like very well and have had excellent service from over the last four years. Between any of these models, I'd base my decision more on condition of the unit than on anything else.

"An atheist is just somebody who feels about Yahweh the way any decent Christian feels about Thor or Baal or the golden calf. As has been said before, we are all atheists about most of the gods that humanity has ever believed in. Some of us just go one god further."
