Additional RAM 2378 & Windows 7 upgrade

I am looking for suggestions on where to pick up some reasonably priced memory.
T42, 2378-FZU.
Currently has 512MB, looking to either add 1GB or swap out the 512MB and move straight to 2GB.

Also, looking to upgrade to Windows 7.
Not a gaming machine, likely only basic use, so even though the processor isn't top notch, should run fine.
Any suggestions or comments would be appreciated.

Thanks, but Tiger Direct locally has it for almost the same money ... and no S&H.
I was hoping for something a little more cost effective.
