Put in new 1 gb module (crucial) under the keyboard of my T43 (2687-D4U) to go with the 1 gb under the machine. Booted up fine x2 but then today I got an error beep sequence (alternately 1-3-4-3, 1-3-4-4 and finally 3-1-4-3) and finally a BSOD with the message:
IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL.
Taking the module out made things go again; is this a bad module or a bad ram slot??
Thanks,
stuart

New Ram, new problem (beep codes)
T23, X32 (2672-A43), T43 (2687D4U)
Re: New Ram, new problem (beep codes)
Try the new module in the other slot. If it fails there too its a bad module.
