T41 charging problem - schematics & comp-placement wanted

My good ole T41 had some problem in charging circuitry, one of the IC's seems a bit burned. Charging happens on power off, or when the cover is removed -> seems like a heat problem, the output current just ain't enough to charge when using the PC with covers on. The IC is pretty hot too

Now I should understand which IC needs to be replaced, can someone share the schematics & component placement documentation? I was trying to dig the IBM/Lenovo links, but couldn't find the docs there...

Referring to this fuses document, could you show the location of the IC on the motherboard.

Also could you send the FRU number of the motherboard (underside under bottom RAM module).

I may be able to send you a replacement. You live in Finland?

It is the one "south" or 6 o'clock from F2; there is clear burn mark on the top. Of course I cannot be sure if there are any other damages....
FRU number is 91P7185, yes I'm from Finland.

It's one of the main MOSFET switches from the DC input and it's a TPC8014.

I can send you a couple if you want to PM me your address. I'll also include which way round it goes too.
