Battery life reduced after running R&R

I have a T41p (2373 GEU) which comes with a 9cell battery. I restored my stock Windows XP install the other day and customized Battery Maximizer so that I'm at level 3 LCD brightness and slow cpu speed. I have wifi on and bluetooth off.

Under normal usage (surfing the web) I'm only getting 4.5 hrs of battery life max (according to battery maximizer). This translates to power consumption of about 14.5 watts. Before I remember getting 5 or 6 hrs (According to battery maximizer) around 12.5 watts.

Anyone know what's going on? My battery holds a full 100% charge and has only 10 cycles.
