I'm just starting to migrate from my t23 and moving on to t4x series laptops.
I'm not necessarily a huge fan of the these keyboards. There a little to firm and a little too much pressure is needed to get the keys moving. Also the trackpoint mouse buttons are very stiff.
I guess there's no way to improve the feel....
The t23 was so soft and easy going compared to the t42 keyboard.
Overly sprung trackpoint mouse buttons?

Re: Overly sprung trackpoint mouse buttons?
There are 3 keyboards for the T4x series, in both 14" and 15" sizes.
From crappy Chicony, via middle-of-the-road Alps, to the preferred NMB keyboards made in Thailand.
You probably have the first.
