I performed Symantec test and it identified:

C:\IBMTOOLS\APPS\ACCESS\TEMP\ACPCON~1.DLL is infected with SecurityRisk.eGatherer

as eGatherer and reffered to this link:

Does anyone hear about this ?

wtf ? Does that update touch service partition or it updates only and only Windows ?

Install Access Support fix pack 2 from that link.

It will not affect your recovery partition.

Of course if you ever restore your drive you will need to install the patch again so you may want to keep it on a CD unless you have a good memory..

It's a false positive. You can ignore it. I set NAV to disregard the message and all is well.
