T43 1802 error with 91p7301 card

Does anyone have the patched bios for the T43? I've pm'd Zender without any luck, but has anyone else had success with the phnxpatch utility on a t43 and still have the file? It would be greatly appreciated ..

ok I was PM'd and got the file. I had to flash back to older bios then apply the patched 1.29 bios via the bootable ISO. All is working with the LED in Windoze and OSX86, didn't have to cover pin 20.

I am looking for a patched bios for a t43 and have not been able to find it. I have 1.29 bios on a thinkpad t43 2668-94u. I want to rplace my wireless card with a TPlink but cannot get past the 1802 errorr.

Sorry for the misunderstanding but I ma looking to eliminate the 1802 error for the wireless card. Not the 2010 error for the hard drive. Does this bios eliminate both of those errors?

Yes

Plus, in case you plant to put a bigger HD or even a PATA SSD in the future, you'll be free of the annoying beep and message error....

Plus there is another one useful feature of the BIOS which can't be discussed on this forum. Check the original TTaV134's post which will lead you to MDL forums...

I did get it! I found the Bios on the first page, a sticky I guess. I updated succesfully, and my new N wireless card is working great! Now for a new hard drive... Fan... thiis laptop is becoming the money pit! I just put a new screen in it too. But it has been a good laptop and serves my need well.
