Differences US and UK Keyboard for Thinkpad T41p/t42p

hello,
i'm coming from Austria and want to buy a T42p Thinkpad with 14" display (sales code UC2GTGE).
Pivat as job-related i am working with Unix/Linux and thats why i want to change the german keyboard to an US/UK keyboard!
On the IBM homepage i found 3 different http://www-1.ibm.com/support/docview.ws ... MIGR-58491:
U.K.
US
US/English international (should be the right one?)

Does someone know the differences?

Your best choice is a US/international keyboard. The UK keyboard has a different layout, not similar to that of European (eg German) or the American ones so it might be harder to use (for example the \ key is in a different place). I believe the main difference between the US and US int. keyboards is the ability in the int keyboard to use the euro sign with a special key combo, but since you can simply change the layout on your OS it shouldn't make much of a difference.
