Best settings for playing games?

I have a T41p with a FireGl T2 128 mb card, 1024 RAM and pentium m 1.7, do you guys have any suggestions for me how i can incrase my gaming performance? I have the latest IBM drivers, and dont want to use any modded drivers!

Turn off AA/AF. Turn off IntelSpeedstep via BIOS.
