Can I use T23 CPU ( P3 1,13 GHZ) with an Thinkpad T22 ?

Is is possible just switch the CPU's of a Thinkpad T23's P3 1,130 GHZ CPU with a P3 900 mhz CPU of a Thinkpad T22 ?

Does the motherboard of the T22 support P3 1,130 GHZ CPU's ?

If i will just change the motherboard of my TP T22 with a TP T23, will be any issues and compability problems ?

THe cases of both TP T22 and TP T23 are the same, also with connectors and other parts, the motherboard of a T23 will pass to my T22 case ?

What if i will change the motherboard of a Thinkpad T22 with an Thinkpad T23 motherboard , can i use it ? Are the motherboards different with their connections, so it will fit only their own cases ?

In Germany, it is very rare to have a Thinkpad T2x with SXGA LCD, so i want to buy a LCD from USA and will use it with a T22 or T23 motherboard.

Should i only buy the lcd panel or also the converter and connection planar cable etc ?

Which LCD models are availabe for these purposes ?

T22 has one USB port.
T23 has two USB ports.
The rear panel is different.
