Just bought a second hand T41!

#1 Post by Zoruglu » Mon Mar 21, 2005 1:16 pm

Hi everybody! I've bought a second hand T41 (2373-S05) and have been googling for info about it and that's how I found this forum.

I'm completely new to the Thinkpad adventure (and to notebooks in general).
All I can say is wow!! I'm very thrilled to have one, even if it's a slightly older model!

I've been browsing this board for 2 days now and have learned a lot. Found a lot of answers to my newbie questions ;)
I do have some questions, but I first want to continue browsing the board before posting them.

Anyway: I'm glad to be aboard, these forums are a real goldmine of info! Thumbs up!!

Welcome to the forum. And yes this forum is a goldmine of information about TPs and other technical issues.

T41 is a solid notebook that you will love. There are many members still using T2x models that are running strong so I can say that you have just adopted a great work horse.. :D

Thank you!

It gives a special feeling doesn't it? Like there is a soul in that machine!

The last time that I've felt this about a comp was for my Amiga 500 and my Amiga 1200 (which I still have btw)
