T22 manual/downloads

Hi there. I've just bought a T22 with Windows 2000, but don't have a manual.

I've read somewhere that there's a manual on the computer itself. How can I find this if it is installed on my machine, and where I can download any relevant software? I want to know things like what the "thinkpad" key does, and that key with the blue line on it below the mouse button does.

Hmmm. No. I've installed Access Thinkpad or whatever it is but it doesn't seem to do anything particularly helpful or amazing, and neither the button with the blue line or the thinkpad button work.

Got any ideas?

Then go here:

Download and install that piece of software and then run it - that will check to see if you have the latest versions of the IBM drivers and utilities (or if you have them installed at all). My suggestion would be to install everything that it suggests (hopefully you have a broadband connection). The reason that the buttons aren't working for you is that the software that controls them is not installed. If you use the above tool it will find and install the necessary for you.

Enter the Type and model of your machine (probably 2647-XXX or something similar) in the quick path and it will bring up information relating to your machine.
