I just replaced the sxga cable restoring the lid switch capabilities.
Surprisingly not much of a bad job. Pretty easy. Took apart the bezel and keyboards, and left the hinges of the screen attached.
Now I have to replace the power jack.
Any precautions?
Will I have to buy thermal paste? Do I have to put thermal paste on the gpu?
Thanks for the help!
