BT/Modem Card and Antenna for T41

I'm looking for a BT/modem card for my T41 2373 7FU.
Is there already an antenna or wire or anything else required for the card in my 2372 7FU or do I need to purchase something else along with the card? Screws?

The T41 manual lists 91P7315 (BT/56K), 91P7319 (BTIII/56K)
Which is preferable?
Are there later made cards or replacement cards I should be looking for that are better?

Later cards will throw you an "1803 error"...stick with either of these two.
