Can I personalized the T22 boot screen?

On my 560x I used a utility called the Thinkpad Personalization Editor to put a message on the initial boot screen that comes up with the boot password prompt. I had it set to display my name and phone numbers and a request to return the computer to me.

This utility only seems to be for the older thinnkpads. Is there any way to do something similar for the T22 short of hacking the bios?
