UltraBay 2nd Battery

Hi, I need a quick advice. Can I install the FRU 40Y6790 (UltraBay Battery) which is primarily designed for T6x series in my T43p? Am I correct that UltraBay devices for T4x and T6x are interchangable?
Current: T420
Previous: T400, T43p Flexview, T40, R52, T43p 14"
My first ThinkPad was 570

Yes, except the battery. UltraBay Battery 40Y6790 will not fit/connect in the T4x[/p] UltraBay.
